Ready to get Started?
All incoming residents must complete the following four steps prior to moving into Staff Housing:
1. Complete and Sign the Staff Housing Intake Form
This form gathers personal details to assist with room assignment and roommate matching.
2. Read and Sign the Staff Housing Handbook and License Agreement
This document serves as our version of a lease agreement and outlines important housing policies.
3. Book a Move-In Appointment
Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow the Staff Housing team time to:
Prepare your unit
Notify any current occupants of your scheduled arrival
4. Pay the Damage Deposit
A $300 deposit is required for all incoming residents and must be submitted prior to your check-in appointment.
🔍 Room Assignment Details
The information you provide in the intake form helps us assign the most suitable room type based on current availability. Your responses are kept confidential and are only reviewed by the Staff Housing team.
By submitting your completed intake form and signed license agreement, you acknowledge and accept the assigned room based on available options at the time of check-in.
Please note: You will not be able to select a specific building or room type.
The majority of Staff Housing consists of dormitory-style rooms (shared occupancy).

💳 Paying Your Damage Deposit & Booking Your Move-In Appointment
After you have completed the Staff Housing Intake Form and signed the License Agreement, you will receive a confirmation email from JotForm. This email includes a link to our secure online payment portal, where you are required to submit a $300 damage deposit.
This deposit confirms your application and is used to cover potential damages, key replacement, or additional cleaning required at the time of check-out.
🕒 Move-In Appointments

Move-in appointments are only available for the displayed time slots on the booking tool.

After hours check-ins (remote) may be accommodated until 10pm, please contact us with 24 hours' notice to confirm this arrangement.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
Important: If you arrive in Sun Peaks before your scheduled check-in time or date, you must arrange alternate accommodations until your confirmed appointment. Additionally, if you arrive after after your move-in time, or after 10pm for an approved after hours' move-in appointment, you will also need to arrange alternative accommodation until the next day.
